1996 - Company Establishment

CPM Ltd. company was established in 1996 in order to promote fault-tolerant Stratus Technologies development on the Russian market. Since, the company has substantially increased its area of expertise due to the cooperation and partnerships with such companies as Cisco Systems, Mavenir Systems, Nokia, Openwave Mobility, Metaswitch, Tieto, Summa Networks, Broadforward, Juniper Networks, etc.

2009 - Cisco Systems Partnership

In 2009 CPM Ltd. company became the first partner of the Cisco Systems (USA) certified to work with Cisco Mobile Internet Technology solutions. On June 30, 2011 during the third annual forum Cisco Expo Learning Club (CELC) in Moscow, CPM Ltd. company became the winner of the open contest of the best application histories of the Cisco products and solutions in Russia and other CIS countries.

2010 - MegaFon Cisco EPC project

CPM company has delivered, settled and configured equipment for composite wireless data transmission node for MegaFon company. Commissioning of the node, which possessed high performance and met the most advanced requirements, increased the total data transmission speed in MegaFon-Center network by four times.

2011 - Skylink Packet Core Modernization project

Skylink mobile operator finished the PDSN (Packet Data Serving Node) modernization and data traffic services migration to Cisco ASR 5000 platform in Moscow region. The project, which will allow the operator to carry out advanced functionality for filtering, distribution, prioritization and traffic and services quality management (QoS), implemented by a joint team of specialists from Skylink, Cisco and CPM Ltd company, which performed as a system integrator of the project.

2012 - Mavenir Systems Inc partnership

CPM Ltd. company announced the signing of a distribution agreement with Mavenir Systems Inc company (USA) and became IMS and RCS solutions distributor for customers in Russia and the CIS. Mavenir is a leading distributor of network software solutions that provide voice, video and Rich Communication Services on IP protocol basis for worldwide network providers. The proposed solutions provide the new generation services, such as RCS, VoLTE and WiFi voice transmission (VoWiFi).

2013 - Cisco EPC, Cisco PCRF and Cisco MBH introduction for Osnova Telecom

CPM Ltd. company was chosen as hardware and software Cisco EPC, PCRF and MBH solution provider in the boundaries of the project of the Osnova Telecom company. As part of the project, integration of packet core EPC LTE solutions on the basis of Cisco ASR5000 MME/SGW/PGW and Cisco PCRF solution with RAN infrastructure network and OSS/BSS elements was carried out, as well as for the implementation and integration of the transport network infrastructure and Mobile Backhaul network on the basis of Cisco ASR 9000, 903 and 901 solutions.

2014 - Tele2 EPC+PCRF project

CPM Ltd. company became the winner of Tele2 Russia company contest for the supply and integration of universal packet core 2G/3G/4G solutions, as well as PCRF and Traffic Optimization System solutions. Cisco (EPC+PCRF) and OpenWave Mobility (TOS) solutions were used as the part of the project.

2015 - MTS RCS project

In December 2015 RCS project was completed successfully on MTS network. MTS was one of the first to implement this technology on the Russian market and provides MTS Connect service to subscribers, competing with common OTT services like skype, viber, whataspp (messaging, file sharing, presence service, home roaming calls), with the use of own mobile number as a user ID. CPM Ltd. Company acted as a provider and integrator of RCS from Mavenir.

2016 - MTT EPC+PCRF project

CPM Ltd. company has finished integration of Cisco EPC/PCRF packet core solution for the MVNO project of the MTT company. CPM Ltd. company also provided UCS server hardware of Cisco company for deployment of GGSN\PGW universal packet core on the basis of Cisco Virtual Packet Core (VPC) solution and PCRF on the basis of Cisco Policy Suit (CPS) as the part of the project.

2017 - Tele2 IMS (VoLTE/WiFi) project

Tele2 Russia company in association with CPM experts team, launched a voice transmission service in LTE networks (VoLTE) for the subscribers of the Moscow region, as well as VoWiFi service on the basis of Mavenir and Cisco solutions.

2018 - New partnerships

CPM Ltd. company signed partnership agreements with new telecommunications services manufacturers: Summa Networks, Metaswitch Networks, Tieto.

2019 - Tinkoff Mobile HSS & DSC project

CPM experts have finished implementing of Summa Networks NextGen HSS (Home Subscriber Server) and BroadForward Diameter Signaling Controller (DSC) solutions in Tinkoff Mobile communication network. Summa Networks solution combines opportunities of LTE HSS, IMS HSS и HLR (Home Location Register) ) in a single software solution that allows seamless interaction between 2G/3G/4G networks, BroadForward product allows the operator to use advanced features of Diameter-Routing (DRA), Diameter-Edge Agent (DEA) and geo-reserved HSS front-end.

2020 - Cisco Packet Core project for Babylon-Mobile (Tajikistan)

CPM in partnership with IT Service LLC and distributor ElcoreDistribution AG has reached an agreement on the supply and deployment of 2G/3G/4G Packet Core solutions provided by Cisco to one of the largest telecom operators in Tajikistan - Babylon-Mobile. As part of the project MME/SGSN and SAEGW/GGSN nodes will be upgraded in data processing centers in Dushanbe and Khujand. The proposed solution architecture includes geographical redundancy between the sites.
